In 1992, Ojo graduated with from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile -Ife, Nigeria, popularly called "Great Ife" or "University of Ife", where he obtained his first degree in Law. Bachelor of Law. Ojo was called to the Bar in Nigeria in 1993 after he completed his post university education at the Nierian Law School Ikoyi. Lagos, where he graduated with astonishing records. After graduation and compulsory National Youth Service in Birnni Kebbi, Kebbi State, Nigeria. He began his career at Ogunbanjo & Olurunimbe And Co., one of Nigeria’s premier law firms. While there, Ojo received top-notch litigation training—including Immigration_ processing and obtaining residency and work permits for Foreign Investors in Nigeria, Nigeria`s Work Permit or Green Card for foreigners investors in Nigeria ) Trial Advocacy—and earned a wealth of experience working on complex litigation matters. His practice focused on securities litigation/arbitration and investment fraud, and other types of business litigation including shareholder/partnership disputes, banking litigation, class actions, and professional liability. For 7 years, Ojo served on Ogunbanjo & Oloruninmbe Litigation Committee, and led the firm's Internship Program for new Graduates.
 
Ojo moved to United States of America in 1999 and settled in Minnesota Because of his passion for law practice and the Minnesota State requirement for full legal practice, Ojo attended William Mitchell College Of Law, St Paul, Minnesota, where he obtained a second law degree Juris Doctor of Law in 2004 and passed the Minnesota State Bar the same year at first time. Ojo then served with Lawson Waturoucha Law Office in St Paul, one of the best immigration attorneys in the Twin Cities. He learned and acquired a great knowledge of United States immigration practice for additional two years. Ojo worked with Special Counsel Minneapolis, as contract attorney involved in major class action lawsuits involving insurance companies and mortgage companies. He was privileged to work as Contract Attorney temporarily with 3 M Company in Minnesota with the Legal Department Contract/ Review Team assigned to review documents preemptively for precautionary measures to avoid law suits and observe compliance with Federal and State Laws.
