She wanted to earn a living by helping people and also bettering their lives.

Ms. Franks has found that the justice system is not perfect and that those with more money seem to prevail or beat down the little guy. Ms. Franks tries to assist this void by helping clients fight against injustice or bullying. She is empathetic but she will tell you what you are facing without the sugar coating.

She encourages clients to do what is right, provides all of the options with pros and cons and also respects that the client has the final decision regarding the course of their case.

Like other clients that have worked with Ms. Franks, you may find comfort in working with a legal professional who "knows where you are coming from" and someone that is interested in helping you solve the legal issues that you are facing. You can trust that Ms. Franks will advise you of your rights, work with you to identify important issues, and assertively represent your best interests.
