Attorney Marie-Yves Nadine Jean-Baptiste is the Managing Owner of The Saint Yves Law Firm and a passionate advocate for justice.
A first-generation Haitian-American, Marie-Yves draws from her upbringing in a diverse, working-class community to connect deeply with her clients.
She holds a J.D., LLM, and Estate Planning Certification from the University of Baltimore School of Law and is licensed to practice in Maryland, Federal District Court, and the U.S. Tax Court.
Her journey from psychology to law was driven by a desire to build a better future for both her family and underserved communities. Outside of the courtroom, Marie-Yves enjoys crafting, self-improvement, Marvel movies, and giving back to those in need.
