Michelle Garcia Gilbert has practiced real estate and business law since 1989, with experience in default servicing, foreclosures, real estate transactions, probate, estate planning, guardianship, and litigation. She earned her B.A., cum laude, from the University of South Florida and her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School.
