Michelle Simpson, Esq., has been practicing law in Georgia since 2006. Simpson earned her undergraduate degree in business management from Howard University in Washington, DC, and her law degree from Harvard Law School in Cambridge, MA. Simpson has gained over 20 years of legal and business experience in the small business, entertainment, real estate, technology, and healthcare industries, with a focus on startups and entrepreneurs. Her expertise includes various transactional legal services, such as contract drafting and negotiations; entity formation and dissolution; intellectual property registration and licensing; commercial and residential real estate closings; wills, trusts, and estates; business and creative consulting and strategy; and escrow and paymaster services. Simpson is the Managing Partner of the firm and serves as an adjunct professor teaching Contract Drafting at Emory University School of Law.
