Affectionately called, “The People’s Attorney,” MILLICENT E. DANIELS, ESQ. hails from New Orleans, LA. Her family relocated to Jacksonville, Florida when she was a child. After graduating from Samuel W. Wolfson Senior High School, Ms. Daniels was awarded a full academic scholarship to the University of Florida. She is a graduate of both the University of Florida, College of Journalism and Communications (1999) (B.S. in Public Relations) and the University of Florida, College of Law (2002).
 
Her practice includes serious personal injury and criminal defense matters.
She has served on the Executive Board of the Virgil Hawkins Florida Chapter of the National Bar Association and Executive Board of the National Association of Black Alumni at the University of Florida. Additionally, the Chief Judge of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Florida appointed her to the Professionalism Panel of the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida, which is an extension of the Florida Bar where she served the legal community for several consecutive terms.
 
Currently, she serves as a Trustee of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce and is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., lifetime member of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People and lifetime member of the University of Florida Alumni Association. Ms. Daniels is also a member of the Paul C. Perkins Bar Association, D.W. Perkins Bar Association, Virgil Hawkins Florida Chapter of the National Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, Jacksonville Bar Association and U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
 
She enjoys empowering young entrepreneurs and women in her community and organizing community outreach events to help children and families in need.
