Rich J. Peters is a lifelong Phoenix resident and the owner of R.J. Peters & Assoc., P.C., located just blocks from the hospital where he was born. Practicing Family Law exclusively since 1992, Rich brings over three decades of courtroom experience and a deep commitment to helping families through complex legal matters.
After earning his J.D. from the University of Arkansas, Rich returned to his Arizona roots to build a career marked by skillful litigation and compassionate advocacy. He founded his firm in 2005, following successful roles at two leading Family Law firms in the Phoenix area.
Outside of his legal work, Rich enjoys boating, traveling with his wife Jennifer, and celebrating the academic accomplishments of their five children—all graduates of Arizona universities.
