Shasta Nolte is an Associate Attorney at Bellah Law with experience in family law, estate planning, civil litigation, and personal injury. She represents clients in matters including divorce, custody disputes, child support, domestic violence, relocation, grandparents’ rights, adoption, and estate planning. Known for her steady guidance and strong advocacy, Shasta helps clients navigate both the legal and emotional complexities of family-related matters.

 

She earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Government from the University of Texas at Austin and her Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law. Shasta is licensed to practice in Texas and Arizona, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, and is a certified mediator in Texas.

 

A proud veteran of the United States Navy and the United States Army Reserves, Shasta brings discipline, integrity, and dedication to her practice. She is deeply committed to service, volunteering with youth organizations and nonprofit initiatives, and regularly providing pro bono representation to ensure access to justice.
